PAIN DECIDES TO REVIVE EVERYONE HE KILLED IN KONOHA WHICH HE CAN BECAUSE HE IS THE 7TH PAIN AND THUSLY CAN CONTROL LIFE AND DEATH.

Then because of that he uses up all his chakra and dies.

And Kakashi, because of his talk around the campfire with his father, stops hating said father and moves on.

huh?! that's so anti-climax- Pain dying cos he used up all his chakra. hoho i hope hinata gets tog with naruto soon though. haha.
