Also, this is interesting: an old article from The Times, in 2003, reads,

"Teachers have voted that no more faith schools should be set up, claiming that they cause social conflict.

The National Association of Schoolmasters Union of Women Teachers agreed that it was an “inappropriate use of taxpayers’ money” to fund faith schools that, by their nature, had “exclusive and discriminatory philosophies”."

Myself, I can't say whether faith schools are directly related to social conflict (like, how the hell am I supposed to know!) and I figure if the faith wants to set up a school then whatever man, it's your choice, so long as you don't force people to go to it. Having the state fund the setting up these schools does seem rather biased, though - it appears that only the more 'conventional' and widely-accepted religions get this boon.

..if funding were left to the religion itself, I think the Jedi will never have a school.

Discussing CCA with OG/class/friends generally goes like this:

Yeah. And noone believes I'm in GB. Er yes because I AM BLACK I have been told that I look like a hockey player, a canoeist, a soccer player and an ODACian, in that order. When I do tell them I was in GB, I also tell them that there are five main squads, Admin, Worship, Recre, Drill and Publications, and I get them to guess which one I was in.

..No one, not one of them, guesses drill. Yeah. No one believes I was squad head and can actually command beyond BARIS SEDIA/SENANG DIRI/KELUAR BARIS.

My class is generally alright. No one that I dislike, so that's good. Still on the quiet side, though. NEVER FEAR, NICOLE'S HERE. For the uninformed, niel dislikes quiet-awkwardness. Quiet-quiet is alright, but when noone says anything like in our class because noone knows anyone yet, niel feels obliged to make noise. I think they already think I'm mad, more so that Psycho. ER I HOPE MY CLASS DOES THEIR PHYSICS PRAC.

More I could talk about, but everything is pretty disjointed now, and most of it everyone already knows about anyway!

I wanted to pick a team under Fußball Bundesliga but I couldn't just pick one. Which, funnily enough, are two of the few german words I actually understood. Along with Bier and Kaffee, which I just kindof guessed at.

Speaking of soccer, I would be more WHOO SOCCER but I never bothered to, just the way I never bothered to go source for anime/manga and therefore have many many series I have never read, though I'd like to.

I need a team.
